Punk rock aside – in a world shaped by hate and intolerance, we need people who actually use their own mind. People who don’t repeat slogans just because they’re trending. People who lean on scientific facts, question the status quo and take responsibility for the impact they have.

Yes, my songs live in the realm of punk rock.
But to me, punk is more than distortion and attitude.
It’s inner strength that refuses to stay quiet.

Social criticism in Heart & Poetry Punk Rock

For me, criticism doesn’t start outside – it starts within.
How can you accuse a society without first looking at yourself? Punk begins where courage shows up: the courage to reflect, to name your own blind spots, and to own the consequences of your actions.

That’s why my songs don’t only critique the world “out there.”
They critique me too. They’re raw, honest and poetic – Heart & Poetry Punk Rock.

And to be clear:
I absolutely reject right-wing extremism.
And I also reject left-wing extremism, including any form of vigilantism in a functioning legal system.

Feminism

Before you argue about it, it helps to know what it actually means. A lot of people – especially in German-speaking countries – misunderstand the term.

Definition (source: Federal Agency for Civic Education – bpb):
Feminism refers to political and social movements that strive for equal rights among all genders and aim to reduce existing inequalities.

Some key facts:

Over 80% of leadership positions in politics and business are still held by men.
Women earn on average 15–18% less than men (Gender Pay Gap).
Women still carry the majority of unpaid care work and mental load.

In short: Feminism isn’t about taking rights away from men.
It’s about ensuring equal opportunities and equal dignity for everyone.

We must stop giving platforms to people who openly spread misogyny – whether in politics, arts or media. Equality is not optional. It’s a democratic baseline.

Consistent values in my work

If someone rejects fundamental values such as democracy, equality, respect or human dignity, I won’t collaborate with them – not creatively, not professionally, not in my community.

I stand for an open, respectful and free society.
And my music reflects exactly that space.

Punk hin oder her – in einer Welt, die von Hass und Intoleranz geprägt ist, braucht es Menschen, die ihren eigenen Kopf benutzen. Menschen, die nicht blind Parolen wiederholen, nur weil sie gerade en vogue sind. Menschen, die sich auf wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse stützen, Verantwortung übernehmen und den Status quo hinterfragen.

Ja, meine Songs bewegen sich auch im Genre Punk Rock.
Punk ist aber für mich mehr als eine Attitüde. Es ist innere Stärke, die laut sein darf.

Gesellschaftskritik im Heart & Poetry Punk Rock

Kritik beginnt für mich nicht im Außen – sondern im Inneren.
Wie kann man eine Gesellschaft kritisieren, wenn man nicht zuerst selbst hinschaut? Punk fängt dort an, wo Mut entsteht: Mut zur Selbstreflexion, Mut, eigene Fehler zu erkennen, Mut, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Deshalb kritisieren meine Songs nicht nur Strukturen „da draußen“.
Sie kritisieren auch mich.
Sie sind roh, ehrlich und poetisch – Heart & Poetry Punk Rock.

Und um es klar auszudrücken:
Ja, ich lehne insbesondere Rechtsextremismus ab.
Und ich lehne auch Linksextremismus ab, inklusive jeder Form von Selbstjustiz in einem funktionierenden Rechtssystem.

Feminismus

Bevor man darüber diskutiert, lohnt es sich, die Definition zu kennen – denn viele Menschen im deutschsprachigen Raum haben ein falsches Bild davon.

Feminismus bezeichnet politische und soziale Bewegungen, die sich für die Gleichberechtigung aller Geschlechter einsetzen und bestehende Ungleichheiten abbauen wollen.

Einige Fakten:

Über 80 % der Führungspositionen in Politik und Wirtschaft sind nach wie vor von Männern besetzt.
Frauen verdienen durchschnittlich 15–18 % weniger als Männer (Gender Pay Gap).
Frauen übernehmen immer noch den Großteil unbezahlter Care- und Mental-Load-Arbeit.

Kurz gesagt: Feminismus bedeutet nicht, Männern Rechte wegzunehmen.
Feminismus bedeutet, allen Menschen gleiche Chancen und gleiche Würde zu ermöglichen.

Wir müssen aufhören, Menschen eine Bühne zu geben, die offen frauenfeindliche Inhalte verbreiten – egal ob in Politik, Kunst oder Medien. Gleichstellung ist kein „Nice to have“, sondern demokratische Grundvoraussetzung.

Konsequente Haltung in meiner Arbeit

Wenn jemand fundamentale Werte wie Gleichberechtigung, Demokratie, Respekt oder Menschenwürde ablehnt, werde ich mit dieser Person nicht zusammenarbeiten – weder musikalisch noch geschäftlich noch in meiner Community.

Ich stehe für eine offene, respektvolle und freie Gesellschaft.
Und meine Musik spiegelt genau diesen Raum wider.
