Wir arbeiten mit einem Print-on-Demand-Dropshipper (Printful) zusammen. Das bedeutet: Jedes Teil wird erst produziert, wenn du bestellst – nichts liegt irgendwo verstaubt im Lager.

Deine Bestellung ist also nicht nur ein Produkt, sondern ein echtes Einzelstück, speziell für dich gemacht.

Printful hat Standorte auf der ganzen Welt. Je nachdem, wo du bist, wird dein Artikel von dort verschickt, wo es am schnellsten und nachhaltigsten klappt. So vermeiden wir unnötige Transporte und Überproduktionen – ein Plus für dich und für die Umwelt. 🌍

Wie lange dauert's?

Produktion: In der Regel ca. 3-7 Tage

Lieferzeit hängt von deinem Standort ab und ist schätzungsweise wie folgt:

Europa: 6 - 8 Werktage
USA: 3 - 4 Werktage
Australien: 2 - 14 Werktage
Japan: 4 - 8 Werktage
International: 10 - 20 Werktage

Beachte bitte auch, dass möglicherweise Zollgebühren anfallen können bei Sendungen außerhalb der USA. Die Gebühr kann je nach Bestellwert, Ländergrenzen und anderen Faktoren, die auf dem Produkt selbst basieren, variieren.

Heißt konkret: Du wartest ein bisschen länger als bei Fast-Fashion-Riesen, bekommst dafür aber ein frisch gefertigtes Lieblingsstück, das erst durch dich in die Welt kommt. Umtausch & Rückgabe

Da jedes Produkt auf Bestellung produziert wird, können wir leider keine Rücknahmen oder Umtausche anbieten. Klingt streng, ist aber Teil des Print-on-Demand-Prinzips – keine Überproduktion, keine Wegwerf-Mentalität. Sollte jedoch mal etwas beschädigt oder falsch geliefert werden, kümmern wir uns selbstverständlich sofort darum.

Das Widerrufsrecht bleibt davon natürlich unberührt.

How long does it take?

Production: usually about 3–7 days

Shipping time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

Please also note that customs fees may apply to shipments outside of the USA. The fee can vary depending on the order value, country borders, and other factors related to the product itself.

Exchanges & Returns

Since every product is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. It may sound strict, but it’s part of the print-on-demand principle – no overproduction, no throwaway mentality. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course take care of it right away.

Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
